You & I Cook was first founded in 2011 in Florida by food and health advocate Georgina Armand. Her life-driven forces took Georgina to a wide understanding of the applied food and wellness science that later became a lifestyle.
It all started with only one mission: To provide serious service and provide straight forward information to empower the community with useful information, proper care, and guidance to help each individual and their families improve their knowledge toward better managing their health. By simply making better food shopping choices, correct misleading health advice and using proper preparation and cooking techniques, cravings diminish and eating habits improve.
