Gluten Free and Grain Free Chips
This chips go good alone or as a side companion for “pico gallo” and Guacamole. Nutritious, low in carbohydrates, sugars and very easy to make.
1/2 cup grounded almonds or almond flour
1 egg white from a large egg
1/2 Tsp fresh cumin powder
1/2 Tsp sea salt
Mix all ingredients together. Form little balls with the dough and flattened to make chips. Place on parchment paper and on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until brown. Flip chips in the middle processes of baking. Let cool
down for a while until full crispness is achieved.
