Triple MUFA Chocolate Squares
Makes 15  3/4″ squares
4 non sweetened dark bitter chocolate
7 stevia powder extract measures
1 tbsp non sweetened coconut shredded 1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2-3 tbsp hemp protein to allow density.
Melt chocolate and then add all the rest of the ingredients and shape into squares or balls.Monounsaturated fats can have a beneficial effect on your health when eaten in moderation.  Monounsaturated fats can help reduce bad cholesterol levels in your blood and lower your risk of heart disease and stroke.  They also provide nutrients to help develop and maintain your body’s cells.  Studies have shown the importance in reducing Type 2 Mellitus diabetes risk. Monounsaturated fats are also typically high in vitamin E, an antioxidant vitamin most Americans need more of.  I have to say that MUFA (Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acids) can be found in foods such as certain oils, nuts and plants; but is only true that is healthy in foods not highly processed.  So keep in mind things like Natural nut butters and cold press oils.
