BB Brownies

This recipe is loaded with nutrients, it’s low glycemic Index makes it suitable for people under glucose control and those who are gluten intolerant. Makes a great alternative snack and kids love it.

BLACK BEANS BROWNIES

5 Tablespoons pure butter

6 Tablespoons coconut oil

1/4 cup pure cane sugar

1/3 cup Xylitol

5-6 measurements of organic stevia extract powder

1/2 cup + 1/3 cup raw cocoa powder

4 eggs

1 can of organic plain black turtle beans

1/2 cup buckwheat light flour

1/4 cup quinoa flour

1/3 cup potato flour

225 grms. baking semi-sweet chocolate

PREPARATION

Melt butter and coconut oil

Add sugars and mix well

Add cocoa powder and mix well

Add eggs and mix well

In a blender, blend the beans until smooth (add a little water if you need to) and add to the mixture.

Add flours little by little until well incorporated.

Chop the chocolate squares into squares the size of a dice.

Add to mixture and blend using a wooden spoon.

Place brownie misture into a previously greased pan 1 to 2 inches deep and of dimensions aprox. 9in x 9in.

Bake to 350 degrees for 25-30 min.

Cool down for 1 hour before cutting brownies.
