Tuna Devil Eggs

Snacks that taste good! And easy to make…..

4 Servings (or 4 halves of eggs)
2 hard boiled eggs, boil for 5 min.

then, take out the yellow and mix with

1/2 can tuna and

1/2 tsp mustard,

1 tbsp natural mayo,

1 tbsp fresh chives and

4 small rounds of nitrate free turkey links.

Note: If you want less cholesterol and/or fat in your diet (who knows why) just dump the yellow

of the hard boiled eggs.

The nutritional value for each serving is:

Calories 73

Fat 4g

Carb. 0g

sugars 0g

Protein 8g

Plus all the benefits from fish! that by the way, lowers your cholesterol levels. What a snack!
